General
I offer a free consultation session for all therapy and coaching clients. Therapy sessions start from £75 for an individual 50 minute appointment. Relationships and couples therapy starts from £95 for a 50 minute sessions. Coaching sessions can be booked individually or as a package; to find out more please book an initial consultation so we can discuss your goals. Consulation services are quoted for and provided either on a day rate or packaged for the work required.
Cancellations for therapy and coaching clients require 48hrs notice.
I currently provide online and in person sessions only.
I provide a free inital 15 minute telephone consultation session, where we will discuss your requirements and what to expect from your first session. If you are happy to go ahead we can book your first appointment. At the first session we will explore how we will work together and what you would like support with, at the end of the session we will discuss how you feel and next steps.
I offer discounts for student counsellors and those experiencing financial hardship, please contact me to find out more.

Sessions are confidential; however there are limitations to this in the following circumstances:
Ethical practice: as part of my adherence to the BACP code of ethics and commitment to best practice, I attend regular supervision. This enables me to explore with a qualified supervisior my practice and how I deliver support to my clients. I may need to discuss something you have raised during a session as part of my continued professional development. Supervisors are also bound by confidentiality and practice within the boundaries of ethical frameworks.
Safety: If I am concerned that you may pose a serious risk to yourself or others I have an obligation to report this. It may be that I need to discuss this with your GP. My aim will be to discuss this with you first so we can explore together how you can be best supported.
If I have concerns that their is a significant safeguarding risk to an adult or child, I have a responsibility to report this to the appropriate agency.
A confidentialty agreement will be discussed with you at your first session.
I am a fully qualified therapist, a member of the BACP and hold a range of leadership qualifications. I am committed to continued professional development and regularly complete update training. I also have regular supervision as part of my ongoing learning.
An initial consultation can be booked by telephone or by filling in the contact form. Please note opening hours vary, a message facility will be available where I will call you back on my next working day.
